RISIS’ Loyalty Mobile app provides customers with a unique shopping experience. The app automates the process of recording, tracking, managing and evaluating consumer purchases and behaviour, which in turn provides a better customer relationship. The customer can login and go to his account to redeem points, share feedback, and refer someone or simply to locate a RISIS store.

RISIS customers can create their profile via the app which automatically gets saved in RISIS’s central repository and can be accessed via stores and ecommerce site to know customer preferences and offer discount accordingly. With every purchase the consumers will be rewarded points based on the transactional value and the customer gets notified. It is easy for customers to redeem points, manage order, provide feedback, and refer friends through the app from anywhere.

RISIS can share and promote ongoing discounts and promotions in real time through the application.
The app also integrates with the Point of Sale at each RISIS store and the customer’s purchase history gets tracked in the application by simply scanning the purchase receipt provided by the store through the app.

Customers can also invite and refer friends and family members to RISIS via the app by providing few basic information. An automated link is sent to the referred contacts to download the app. Referral points are added to existing customers for the referral based on RISIS policy and the feature in the app allows management of the reward points to be added and redeem.

Feedback can be shared easily over social media or within the app. A tap rating method makes it easy for customers to provide feedback without having to spend a lot of time on this.
